Challenges:

LANTECH was prepared for a challenging environment before the start with Wells Fargo, they had previously worked with different consultants, but their hardware and software was ceasing to work on a regular basis. The technology team felt they weren’t getting the advice or solutions to really address their entire business needs on a big picture.

Goals:

Responsive service with strategic advice. As a functioning commercial bank and shareholder services unit, with an active vault, challenging hours, environment and security concerns, this wasn't the average job, therefore their need for support was magnified. When there are transactions to be processed they can’t afford to go down, so limited- to no downtime was a must, staff would be required to pass thorough background and screenings checks and maintaining a secure facility at all costs was also a necessity.

Solutions:

We uncovered their unique business needs and addressed them from a long term, big picture standpoint. we put in the new hardware, made any adjustments to optimize the solutions, provided end-user support and have a team of senior service advisors that provided "boots on the ground" help when needed. With bank commerce, the infrastructure and security measures will continue to grow as they do.
